Aquamarine Beaded Bracelet With Turtle Pendant

Aquamarine Beaded Bracelet With Turtle Pendant

$50.00

This beaded adjustable bracelet of Aquamarine stones and gorgeous turtle pendant is designed by our founder Shannon Wild for the Vatuvara Foundation. This set will whisk you away to a tropical Fijian beach where you can relax knowing you’re helping to protect important marine environments. 🐢 💧

🐳💧🦋 Aquamarine is the birthstone of March.

CHARITY INFO ...

50% of the sale of our turtle bracelets is donated to the Vatuvara Foundation.

The Vatuvara Foundation is committed to protect and revive oceans in Northern Lau through a network of marine protected areas and provide innovative solutions that promote awareness and empower local communities.

Their conservation efforts include education, awareness, monitoring, vulnerable species protection, poaching surveillance and restoration programmes.

Fiji faces complicated issues, where life is influenced by and dependent on the ocean. Profound changes are underway in the oceans, with coastal island communities at the greatest risk. Climate change in Fiji is already having a big impact on coastal ecosystems by stronger weather events, raising sea levels, ocean acidification and warming.

By creating safe havens for marine life, protected areas can restore habitats and indigenous species resulting in more resilient oceans to provide sustainable livelihoods for coastal communities and to mitigate against effects of climate change and natural disasters.

STONE INFO ...

Aquamarine is named after the color of seawater, it is the blue to blue-green member of the beryl family. It is also the birthstone of March! In ancient lore, Aquamarine was used by sailors as a talisman of good luck, fearlessness, and protection.

BRACELET CARE GUIDE

+

How do I care for my bracelets?

Semi-precious stones vary by nature making each bracelet completely unique. Brass will naturally tarnish and patina over time due to exposure to the elements and your skin, I LOVE this natural ageing as a unique characteristic and it's one of the reasons why I love using brass.

We recommend rolling your stretch bracelet on and off your wrist to avoid over-stretching or potential breakage.

Avoid contact with water and other liquids such as perfumes and lotions, as this will void your 1 year warranty.

To clean use a new, clean cloth and gently buff them clean.

We also recommend keeping your gorgeous bracelets inside the jute bag they arrived in, when not in use.

What do I do if my bracelet breaks?

We offer a 1 year warranty on all of our bracelets! If your bracelet breaks, please contact us through our contact page. Please be prepared to send us your first and last name, shipping address, order number, and once we respond, a picture of your damaged bracelet.

What material is the bracelet made out of?

We use a selection of carefully sourced semi-precious stones, metals including brass, various woods and cord.

We use genuine semi-precious gemstones and these include naturally occurring 'inclusions' and 'imperfections'. These are not considered flaws, but are a gorgeous part of their natural qualities and do not qualify as a reason for a refund.
