We're currently hiring for the following positions -
RETAIL MANAGER
The Retail Manager will be responsible for overseeing the sales and distribution channels for our products. This position requires a highly motivated, organised, and detail-oriented individual who can effectively manage multiple sales channels, build relationships with retailers and wholesalers, and drive sales growth.
This role requires a deep understanding of our brand and a strong alignment with our core values. As the face of the company to wholesale partners, you will be responsible for ensuring that our brand is represented accurately and effectively. This includes staying up-to-date with the latest product offerings, promotions, and marketing materials.
You will also be responsible for managing relationships with our wholesale partners, including onboarding new accounts, maintaining regular communication, and ensuring that they have the necessary tools and resources to successfully sell our products.
To be successful in this role, you must be passionate about our brand and committed to upholding our values of sustainability, ethical production, and wildlife conservation. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to analyse sales data and make strategic recommendations for improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies for retail and wholesale channels to meet or exceed sales targets
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential retail and wholesale partners, negotiating contracts and agreements
- Monitor inventory levels and work with production team to ensure adequate product supply
- Develop and execute marketing and promotional campaigns to drive sales growth
- Monitor and analyse market trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly
- Manage a team of sales representatives and provide coaching and feedback to ensure performance objectives are met
- Track sales performance and provide regular reporting to senior management
Requirements:
- Experience in business administration, marketing or related field
- 5+ years of experience in sales management, with a focus on retail and wholesale sales
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and building strong relationships with retailers and wholesalers
- Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyse market trends and develop effective sales strategies
- Ability to manage a team and provide coaching and feedback to improve performance
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and G Suite (Google)
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English (additional languages an advantage)
- Valid driver’s licence with own vehicle is a must (some travel required)
- Remuneration based on experience and discussed during interview
- Police background check will be conducted

Role Explanation:

RETAIL SALES ASSISTANTS
Part time, on-site, Tuesday - Saturday
On-site in Hoedspruit, LP, South Africa
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcoming customers to our store
- Monitoring customer activities to prevent incidents of shoplifting
- Keeping the store presentable at all times
- Processing customer sales
- Informing customers of shop promotions to encourage purchases.
- Addressing and resolving customers complaints in a professional manner.
- Processing customer payments using the store's Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of store items to provide advice and recommendations as needed.
- Perform cleaning duties to maintain a pristine store.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of our brand and alignment with our core values
- Retail experience beneficial
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English (additional languages an advantage)
- Effective communication skills
- Display exceptional customer service
- Knowledge of retail sales equipment (e.g. POS) is beneficial
- Must be able to reliably get yourself to work on time.
- Remuneration above minimum wage and based on experience
- Police background check will be conducted
- Provide at least two references (references will be checked)

JEWELLERY BEADERS
We are looking for skilled beaders to join our team in South Africa. As a beader, you will be responsible for creating high-quality beaded bracelets that meet our brand's standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Stringing beads to create bracelets and other jewellery
- Creating designs based on brand specifications with supplied materials
- Quality control of finished products to ensure they meet our brand's standards
- Communicating with the production team to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Maintaining a clean and organised workspace
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in beading and jewellery making
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Knowledge of different bead types and knotting styles
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
