Nkombe Rhino Bracelet
$40.00
🦏 Representing both White and Black species of Rhino, this white beaded adjustable bracelet is designed with Howlite beads and Lava Stone features a Rhino footprint pendant.
CHARITY INFO ...
50% of the sale of each rhino bracelet is donated to Nkombe Rhino, a South African 🇿🇦 Non Profit organisation that focuses on the protection of endangered species.
Nkombe Rhino believe that through the support and protection of rhino populations with Anti Poaching units, dehorning projects, detection and tracking dogs, patrol and reaction flights, better equipped entrance control and many other tools in rhino conservation, that the other protected or endangered species on reserves benefit equally.
In South Africa rhinos are being killed at an unprecedented rate for their horns, Nkombe Rhino started on the frontline protection of Rhinos in the early 2000’s and have since branded out to various other endangered and threatened species
By supporting conservation on the ground, from Anti poaching units to veterinarians and helicopter pilots, the knock on effect has been a positive contribution to the survival of many protected species.
Water For Elephants is Nkombe Rhino's cross border Elephant project in Botswana.
Competition for water creates pressure on both Humans and Wildlife, as this is the key to life on these dry plains of Botswana. To mitigate these problems, Nkombe Rhino has partnered with the Water For Elephants trust to supply water to Elephants in areas with sufficient food and space.
Water is pumped from the boreholes, to a natural pan (that might be dry), creating a viable water source to the Elephants as they would have known it from years before.
Currently there are 7 operational water holes supplying enough water for around 20 elephants per hour, 480 per day and around 3000 in total. This compound impact allows us to supply conflict-free water to a large population of roaming elephants in Botswana.

How do I care for my bracelets?
Semi-precious stones vary by nature making each bracelet completely unique. Brass will naturally tarnish and patina over time due to exposure to the elements and your skin, I LOVE this natural ageing as a unique characteristic and it's one of the reasons why I love using brass.
We recommend rolling your stretch bracelet on and off your wrist to avoid over-stretching or potential breakage.
Avoid contact with water and other liquids such as perfumes and lotions, as this will void your 1 year warranty.
To clean use a new, clean cloth and gently buff them clean.
We also recommend keeping your gorgeous bracelets inside the jute bag they arrived in, when not in use.
What do I do if my bracelet breaks?
We offer a 1 year warranty on all of our bracelets! If your bracelet breaks, please contact us through our contact page. Please be prepared to send us your first and last name, shipping address, order number, and once we respond, a picture of your damaged bracelet.
What material is the bracelet made out of?
We use a selection of carefully sourced semi-precious stones, metals including brass, various woods and cord.
We use genuine semi-precious gemstones and these include naturally occurring 'inclusions' and 'imperfections'. These are not considered flaws, but are a gorgeous part of their natural qualities and do not qualify as a reason for a refund.
